Daily Checklist

  • Clock-in through Paycom

  • Check the helpdesk for new tickets

    • New tickets should be addressed within 2 business days of open date.

  • Work on open helpdesk tickets*

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Log daily activities into MyDCTS

  • Clock-out through Paycom

Weekly Checklist

Helpdesk Tickets: Weekly Update

  • Tickets that cannot be completed on the original day worked (i.e., parts were ordered) should be reviewed every week.

    • *Please post status updates until the ticket is closed

Network Admins

  • Check backups (local and remote)

  • Verify server & network operation

  • Check the helpdesk for new tickets

    • New tickets should be addressed within 2 business days of open date.

  • Work on open helpdesk tickets*
