Check the helpdesk for new tickets
New tickets should be addressed within 2 business days of open date.
Work on open helpdesk tickets*

Helpdesk Tickets: Weekly Update
Tickets that cannot be completed on the original day worked (i.e., parts were ordered) should be reviewed every week.
*Please post status updates until the ticket is closed
